Transformational Breath®

Transformational Breath®. is a simple, profound process that uses a full circular breathing pattern to activate the most natural healing responses. Constricted breathing patterns are opened up, the body is super-oxygenated and blockages are cleared, making room for the expression of more love, joy and well-being.

To experience the potential benefits of Transformational Breath®, a series of between 5 and 10 regular sessions with a facilitator are recommended. The sessions last between 90 minutes and 2 hours.

With these sessions, clients have reported:
