About Pamela Ansell
Seventeen years ago I decided that it was time for me to make some
significant changes in my life, and so began participating in Personal
Development programmes and training; I’ve been delighted with the
remarkable results. These experiences inspired me to train myself in
this field, taking four years to become qualified as an Holistic
Masseuse,a Reflexologist and a Certified Transformational Breath® Facilitator
and more recently a Pulsing Therapist. I have also studied,
Yoga, Healing Sound Work, Meditation and Hawaiian Ka Huna Massage.
I decided to learn Massage after receiving regular
sessions myself and discovering a great relief from body tension, with
a balancing of the emotions and afterwards feeling relaxed and peaceful
leading to a much deeper sleep. During various Personal Development
Workshops I experienced how effective deep breathing was in accessing
and clearing hidden emotions, whilst leaving me feeling profoundly
rested, energised and lighter.
